Empty seat service, upgraded, flight change… are all done in Vietnam at low cost. However, has the disadvantage that you are not always met.
1. Utilities for selecting empty seats (It's)
Also known as Empty Seat Option (It's), This service allows passengers to enjoy spacious and comfortable flying space with adjacent empty seats (normally will be max 3 chair for one guest). To use this service, You will have to pay a small fee.
Customers will receive an email informing about the possibility of using the space within 48 come 12 hours before departure time. In the event that the flight status cannot accommodate the purchase of a seat, Customers will receive the full cost of purchasing services within 5 working days from the date of flight.
Instead of buying a Business class ticket in the first place and it is very expensive, you can still sit in Business class but at a much lower cost.
2. Upgrade service with low price (UTo)
Passengers purchasing Economy class tickets can be upgraded to Business or Premium Economy at a significant cost savings compared to buying a Premium Business/Economy class ticket directly. If upgraded, Customers will have the opportunity to experience more advanced services, Classy meals… Upgrades are subject to flight status, so customers who sign up for the service are not guaranteed 100% being upgraded. Additional services such as ground priority, free baggage allowance, lounge… not included in this facility. The service fee will be refunded if you are not upgraded on the flight.
3. Flight change (FRo)
For passengers who do not need to be fixed Flight schedule (possibility of transferring to another flight while there is already a seat on one flight), can get some money back when agreeing to change the flight schedule. To join this utility, passenger must select an alternative flight from the list of displayed flights to complete registration. Then, will receive an email notification if it has been transferred to an alternative flight from 96 come 24 hours before flight.
4. Desired flight (PFo)
This utility helps you get the flight you want at a lower price than usual when you had to buy a ticket for a flight that didn't really fit your plan.. This facility is applicable depending on the flight and time. Once you have confirmed the desired sewing trip (On PFo), airlines may choose to transfer passengers to selected alternative flights. Customers will be emailed confirmation of their transfer to an alternative flight prior to the time of request for notification (72 or 24 hours before departure date). With this utility, you need to be aware if there is an onward connecting flight.
